Instructions for revocation

Draft work on distance contracts for goods – Situation as at: 17 September 2026

This file is only required if DustoX Contracts with consumers in distance sales or outside of business premises and no legal exclusion of the right of withdrawal applies. It must be adapted to the actual order and delivery process before productive use.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

In the case of a purchase contract for a product, the withdrawal period shall in principle be fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the product.

In special cases, in particular in the case of several separately delivered goods or partial consignments, the period of time starts according to the statutory provisions.

by means of a clear declaration, for example by a letter sent by post or an e-mail, inform about your decision to revoke this contract.

You can use the following sample withdrawal form. Use of the form is not required.

In order to safeguard the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we will refund you the payments you receive in accordance with the legal requirements.

The repayment is made immediately and at the latest within the statutory period. We use the same method of payment as used for the initial payment for the repayment unless expressly agreed otherwise.

For goods, we may withhold the refund in accordance with the statutory provisions until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods immediately and at the latest within the legal period after declaration of revocation.

You only have to pay for a loss in value of the goods, if this is provided for by law, in particular if the loss in value is due to a handling not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

A legal right of withdrawal may be excluded, in particular, in the case of contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual choice or provision by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

This derogation does not apply automatically to any DustoX- Product. Whether it is effective depends on the specific subject of the contract.
